These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sarasota Savannahs website and your reservation or purchase of a kitten from us. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to reserve or purchase a kitten from us.

3. Reservations & Orders

A reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit. The deposit secures a specific kitten for you. Full payment of the remaining balance is due before the kitten is delivered or released for pickup. All prices and payments are stated and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit is non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Return Policy. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.

5. Health Guarantee

Every kitten is health-tested and vet-checked prior to placement. We provide a health guarantee with each kitten; the full terms, conditions, and remedies of that guarantee are described in our Return Policy.

6. Pickup & Delivery

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for travel, pickup, or transport of the kitten. Where we coordinate shipping or a flight nanny on your behalf, any associated shipping and handling fees are charged in addition to the purchase price.

7. Cancellation by Buyer

If you choose to cancel a reservation or return a kitten, the terms, eligibility, and any applicable refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

8. Cancellation by Seller

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a reserved kitten — for example, due to illness, a health concern, or other circumstances — we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Sarasota Savannahs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, scraping or harvesting data, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the site's operation, and engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

12. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the kitten at issue.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
